Corporate Social Responsibility
As part of Lead-CRG’s Corporate Social Responsibility, we can provide free consultancy support to charities and not for profit organizations. While we will always consider requests or donations, we are only able to support a small fraction of the requests we get; we are inclined to support the organizations or charities that mean a little more to us personally.
Many of our staff are current board members (or have been previously) of several charities and not for profit organizations including Pearl S. Buck International, New York State Jaycees Foundation, Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership New York, JCI Philippine-New York Foundation, Veritas Foundation, Rotary of Springfield, New Jersey, JCI-New York State, JCI-Philippine New York (Jaycees) Inc. and Filipino Human Services Inc. (FAHSI).

Jesse Arteche is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing and taxation. He has worked in leadership and management positions in several industries in the U.S. before venturing into his business development firm. A member of several leadership, training, communication and professional organizations — notably, Junior Chamber International and Toastmasters International — Jesse brings his experience to Lead-CRG as its Director of Finance, Accounting and Taxation.
As trainer and facilitator, Jesse conducts training on small business development, business plans and strategies, accounting, taxation and payroll. With the use of digital technology, he directs Lead-CRG’s Accounting and Auditing Continuing Education (CPE) courses that are designed to keep accountants and auditors current with latest industry developments and techniques. From courses on mark-to-market accounting to accounting best practices, the material learned is a beneficial addition to the accountants’ and auditor’s professional knowledge.
Roselyn Barranda is Lead-CRG's Director for Human Resources. She is a personal and professional life coach and specializes in life coaching through balance and integration, personal coaching, relationship coaching, management skills, business coaching and becoming an authentic leader.
She is a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, an international coach training & leadership program recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She served as a support coach for Accomplishment Coaching’s Training and Leadership Development Programs in NYC & Washington, DC. and volunteers as a coach with Full Life Engagement (FLE). She is also a mentor with American Corporate Partners (ACP), a mentoring program dedicated to assisting veterans in their transition from the armed forces to the civilian workforce. Currently, she is a Human Resources Director in the television industry and holds an M.S. in HR Management and Labor Relations from NY IT.
Richard Rillera is Lead-CRG's Founder and Managing Partner. He has over 30 years of progressive experience in international organizations and is a Certified National Trainer of Junior Chamber International. He is also affiliated with a Canadian-based leader of talent management and development solutions provider and a member of the International Association of Training Facilitators.
Richard specializes in the development of individuals and teams by identifying and offering solutions to the challenges they face in changing times. In his work as facilitator, coach, mentor and trainer, he has conducted and coordinated workshops on leadership, communication, team building, sales and service, strategic management, performance management, supply chain management and other key management issues in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Robby Manubay is Lead-CRG’s trainer and facilitator in computer technology and information systems. He has been in the Information Technology and Teaching/Training since 2006.
Robby served in different industries from non-profit organizations such as Philippine Business for Social Progress, Coalition for Better Education, Learn.Ph Foundation, Petron Foundation, GreenValley College Foundation to the Philippine National Government Agency (Department of Education) to Educational Institutions (University of the Philippines System, Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Quezon City Polytechnic University, Mindanao University, Silliman University etc.), to multi-national private companies such as Microsoft Philippines Support Services, SMART Schools Foundation, Globe Telecoms, and PLDT Foundation CSR among many.
As a professional, Robby has handled different positions from Associate IT Trainer, Academic Program Technology Evangelist, Information and Communication Technology Trainer for Teachers and School Principals -to students across levels, Corporate Education Team Lead for Microsoft Education Programs to Microsoft Partners in Learning Lead for Microsoft.
He is passionate in Teaching and Learning, Corporate Program Public Relations, Training Operations & Development and School Technology Integration Advancements and Researches, Educational Technology Coaching/Mentoring, Digital Marketing , Social Entrepreneurship and Project Management.
